Our Fee Structure
Banasthali Vidyapith Gliding and Flying Club
The effective rate of flying club aircraft training fees from May 01, 2024 will be as follows:-
1. Registration Fee for The Entire/ Short Term Course
10,000/- Rs. / 5000/- Rs.
2. Lifetime Membership / Annual Membership Fee for The Entire Course
5000/- Rs. / 2000/- Rs.
3. For Girl Students of Banasthali and B.Sc. (Aviation Science)
Rs. 12,000/- Per Hour
4. For Complete CPL Training of External Long Term / Short Term Course Training
Rs. 14,000/- / 15,000/- Per Hour
5. For Simulator Training
Rs. 2,000/- Per Hour (For Single Engine)
Rs. 3,000/- Per Hour (For Multi Engine)
*Note: Flying training charges may change from time to time based on the price of aviation fuel.
Refund Policy
BVGFC's Refund Policy
1. A refund request must be submitted in writing by the trainee along with all supporting documents.
2. The registration fee and membership fee are non-refundable.
3. Flying training charges shall be charged only for the actual training completed. Any unutilised balance amount, after adjustment of applicable dues, shall be refunded.
4. Refunds shall be processed only after completion of all No Dues formalities and clearance from the concerned departments of BVGFC.
5. Any statutory charges, bank charges, taxes, penalties, or other applicable deductions, if any, shall be deducted before processing the refund.
6. Refunds shall normally be processed within 40 working days from the date of approval of the complete refund application.
7. In the event of any damage to BVGFC property attributable to the trainee, the refund process may be kept on hold until approval of the competent authority. Any applicable recovery or penalty shall be adjusted before processing the refund, if applicable.
8. All refunds shall be governed by the prevailing rules, regulations, and policies of Banasthali Vidyapith Gliding and Flying Club (BVGFC), as amended from time to time.
9. Any dispute arising out of the refund process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Newai/Tonk, Rajasthan. all supporting
