Our Admission process

Admission to the Flying Training Programme at the Banasthali Vidyapith Gliding and Flying
Club (BVGFC) shall be conducted in a fair, transparent, merit-based, and non-discriminatory manner.

(DGCA), Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), and the policies of Banasthali Vidyapith.

The admission process shall comprise the following stages:

1. Submission of Application
    o Candidates shall submit the request application along with all required documents.
    o Incomplete applications or applications received after the prescribed deadlines shall not be considered.
2. Verification of Eligibility
    o Verification of educational qualifications, age, identity, nationality, and other eligibility requirements.
    o Original documents shall be produced for verification whenever required.
3. Document Scrutiny
    o Verification of all mandatory certificates, declarations, and undertakings.
    o Any discrepancy, false declaration, or submission of forged documents shall result in immediate rejection of the application and may invite further disciplinary or legal action.
4. Medical Eligibility
    o Candidates shall possess or obtain the applicable DGCA medical fitness certification as prescribed for the relevant stage of flying training.
    o Admission shall remain provisional until the prescribed medical requirements are fulfilled.
5. Personal Interview
    o Eligible candidates shall appear before the Admission Committee for an interaction to assess their aptitude, communication skills, motivation, discipline, and suitability for professional flight training.
6. Merit Assessment
    o Selection shall be based on academic performance, interview assessment, fulfilment of eligibility criteria, and any other criteria prescribed by BVGFC from time to time.
7. Issue of Provisional Offer
    o Selected candidates shall receive a provisional offer of admission subject to fulfilment of all prescribed conditions.
8. Fee Payment
    o Candidates shall deposit the prescribed registration, membership fee and flying training charges within the stipulated time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the provisional offer.
9. Execution of Required Documents
    o Candidates shall submit all prescribed declarations, indemnity bonds, undertakings, consent forms, and any other documents required by BVGFC before commencement of training.
10. Final Admission and Induction
    o Admission shall be confirmed only after successful completion of all admission formalities, verification of documents, payment of fees, and approval by the competent authority.
    o Admitted candidates shall undergo the induction programme, which shall include orientation on DGCA regulations, institutional policies, safety procedures, code of conduct, training methodology, and disciplinary requirements.

General Conditions:

1. Admission to BVGFC is not a matter of right and shall remain subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions and availability of training slots.
2. The decision of the competent authority of BVGFC regarding admission, selection, cancellation, or rejection of any application shall be final and binding.
3. BVGFC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any document at any stage of the training programme.
4. Any suppression of material facts, misrepresentation, or submission of false information shall result in cancellation of admission without refund and may attract disciplinary and legal proceedings.
5. BVGFC reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or revise the admission procedure or eligibility criteria in accordance with DGCA regulations and institutional requirements without prior notice.
